Select the service that matches the style you want from the dropdown menu in the booking calendar. If you are unsure which category your style falls under, send us a message before booking and we will point you in the right direction.
Pick your date and time
The calendar shows real-time availability at our studio. Select a date and time that works for you (available slots are updated as appointments are booked and released).
Pay your deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This amount goes directly toward the total cost of your service and locks your slot in the schedule. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Prepare your hair
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation with your appointment details and arrival instructions. Review the hair preparation guidelines below or attached in your ppointement email before your visit.
Show up & get slayed
Arrive on time, hair prepped and ready. Everything else is handled at the studio.
How far in advance can I book my appointment?
Our calendar operates on a rolling basis — new slots open regularly as the schedule updates. We recommend checking back frequently and booking as soon as you see a date that works.
Is a deposit required for every service?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings at Slayed by Davia. No appointment is secured without one. The deposit amount is applied toward your total service cost on the day.
What happens if I need to change the style I originally booked?
Different styles require different time windows, so we cannot always accommodate a service change on arrival. If you need to adjust your booked style, contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment so we can make sure the right amount of time is reserved for you.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation with your appointment details, service summary, and arrival instructions will be sent to you once your deposit is received and your booking is locked in.

We are at 2011 Blossite, Nepean, ON K2J 7J5 — easily accessible from Barrhaven and the greater Ottawa area. Full arrival details and any specific instructions will be included in your booking confirmation.
